Carefully Curated, With You in Mind 💛

At GOOD, we don’t just fill airtime. We thoughtfully curate content with our viewers, our faith, and our values at the very centre of everything we do.
Every program you see on GOOD has been carefully considered to ensure it brings more hope, joy, encouragement or love into your home. Our goal is simple: to create a catalogue of content that lifts people up and leaves viewers feeling inspired rather than weighed down.
Meet the person behind the process
A big part of making that happen is Craig Jeffs, who oversees our acquisitions here at GOOD. It’s a role that requires discernment, care, a genuine love for people and commitment to the heart and vision of GOOD.
Craig works closely with producers, distributors and content creators from around the world and watches hundreds of hours of movies, series and documentaries. He negotiates agreements, reviews submissions, and thoughtfully secures programs that align with our values. Craig’s goal is to ensure that every piece of content reflects the heart of GOOD and serves our audience well.
What guides our content choices?
GOOD is grounded in biblical Christian values, and our content reflects that foundation. But that doesn’t mean everything is heavy or religious. And it also doesn’t mean our content is all light and fluffy. We allow space for confronting or emotionally difficult topics when they ultimately point towards redemption, hope and healing. At the same time, we’re very intentional about what we don’t include.
Our programming is designed to be:
- Positive and uplifting
- Inspiring and encouraging
- Hope-filled and redemptive
- Safe for families and programs for viewers of all ages
We actively avoid content that could divide, inflame or alienate viewers. That includes taking political sides or criticising people or groups. Our aim is to create a space where people feel welcomed, respected and encouraged – no matter who they are or where they are on their journey.
Respectful, safe and family-friendly
We also take content compliance seriously. Programs are reviewed to ensure they sit comfortably within G, PG or M classifications, with a strong preference for family-friendly viewing. Swearing, sexual content, gratuitous violence, and anything that glorifies harmful behaviour are carefully removed or rejected.
When it comes to donations, promotions or product placements, transparency matters. We check links, offers, and details to help protect our viewers and ensure everything presented is clear, accurate and appropriate for our Australian audience.
A catalogue built with care
All of this means that when you turn on, you can trust what you’re watching. Behind every movie, series, documentary, or message is a careful, prayerful process led by people who genuinely care about you.
Craig’s work – and the work of our wider compliance and content team – helps ensure that GOOD remains a place where stories of faith, resilience, kindness and love can shine.
We’re proud of the content we share, and we’re even more grateful for the community that watches, supports and journeys with us.
Thanks for being part of GOOD. 💛
