If you’ve landed here trying to cancel a ‘GoodShort‘ subscription, there’s a very good chance Google has sent you to the wrong GOOD.

We’re GOOD, a free Australian streaming service packed with uplifting movies, series and documentaries for the whole family. GoodShort is a completely separate Singapore-based subscription streaming app offering short-form episodic drama series. We’re not connected with them in any way.

It happens more often than you might think. Someone searches “GoodShort unsubscribe”, spots GOOD in the results and understandably assumes we’re the same people. We’re not – but since you’re here, we may as well point you in the right direction from what we have learned in helping others.

How to cancel GoodShort

Info from GoodShort says subscriptions may renew automatically, and cancellation depends on where you originally signed up. To avoid another renewal, its terms say you should cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal begins.

If you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open Settings on your device.
  2. Tap your name/profile at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select GoodShort.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

If you subscribed through Google Play (Android phone/tablet):

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap your profile icon.
  3. Go to Payments & subscriptions.
  4. Tap Subscriptions.
  5. Select GoodShort and choose Cancel subscription.

If you subscribed directly through GoodShort:
Log in to the official GoodShort website and check your account or billing settings for subscription management. GoodShort’s terms confirm that subscriptions can also be provided directly by GoodShort, while payments made through Apple or Google are processed by those third-party platforms.
